Water Bill Payments

ATTENTION RIO GRANDE CITY RESIDENTS:

You can now use our IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system to make payments over the phone. Please call our toll-free number 877-265-5648 to make your payment. You can also sign up for Text-To-Pay by selecting option 4.

• Bills are due upon receipt and payable by the DUE DATE set forth on each bill.
• Unpaid bills are subject to DISCONNECTION after the 10th.
• When service is DISCONNECTED a penalty fee will be charged and the total balance will be due before service is re-established.

Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
